Molly Krakowski has worked in the housing arena since 1994 and has gained vast experience with various HUD programs. MKC, Inc is a female owned and operated entity specializing in Federal Labor Standards and Davis Bacon projects. MKC, Inc. has been in business since 2005, and has worked with CDBG, HOME, ARRA, and TCAP projects, among other funding sources.

MKC, Inc. will assist your organization in a variety of services from managing your Davis Bacon project from start to finish- conducting preconstruction conferences, pulling wage decisions from the Department of Labor, reviewing payroll, conducing on site Davis Bacon interviews, to income verification for grant eligibility. MKC, Inc will guide you through the rules and regulations that must be followed to ensure a successful project.

Molly continuously attends trainings through many different resources, the most recent being HUD – Labor Standards and Department of Labor - in Bloomington, MN in May, 2016.
